About My Korean
Our mission
My Korean writes short, original, fact-based Korean news in simple language, paired with the vocabulary and grammar explanations learners actually need — so intermediate learners can read real news topics instead of only textbook dialogues.
How lessons are written
Every lesson is written from scratch in simple Korean by a human editor, based on facts drawn from the cited public source. We never copy, machine-translate, or closely paraphrase a news article — each lesson is an original composition.
Sources & licensing
Each lesson lists the public source its facts are drawn from (source & license fields in the lesson data). The lesson text itself is original writing, not a reproduction of that source. Sample lessons on this site are an initial template — Korean wording is pending final native-speaker review before wider publication.
